NEWTON STUDIOS
Newton Studios is a modern industrial-style accommodation in Mustamäe. The building has 90 furnished studios with a size of 15-25 square meters. All studios have furniture, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and plenty of storage space.
In Newton, there are lots of amenities and possibilities created for you! Residents can use pleasant common areas: 24/7 open gym, common rooms with table tennis, TV and board games, washing machine room with dryers, sunny terrace and park-forest behind the house, locked bicycle parking shed with electric chargers for scooters. Newton is safe: the house has security cameras and a smart lock!
LOCATION
Newton Studios are located a short walk from TalTech University and Technopolis Science Park. There are public transport stops a few hundred meters from the house, from where it is convenient to move both towards TalTech and the city center. Rimi and Coop grocery stores are only 500 meters from Newton. Crustum Bakery and Leiburi bakery shop are a few minutes' walk away.
CONDITIONS
Upon concluding the contract, the following must be paid:
- This month's rent until the last day of the month;
- Security deposit for one month's rent;
- Contract fee.
The basic fee for utility costs fixed throughout the year (plus a fee for individual water and electricity consumption) depends on the specific studio.
Furry friends are also welcome with us! When staying with a pet, the deposit is double.

Newton's large loft has high ceilings and a wonderful view of the green park area, making it the most luxurious stop in the house.
