To rent you have to pay: • rent for the days of the current month from the beginning of the contract to the end of the month, • deposit 600 eur • contract fee €89 If you do not want to pay a deposit, we offer the possibility to make a contract through the Casapay platform, in which case you would not have to pay a deposit, but 2.4% of the rent would be added to the monthly rent, i.e. about 14 eur per month. As an added bonus, Casapay also offers you home insurance. Pets are also welcome in the selected apartments, but please consider a double deposit.
